CrackTrace is a B2B product for foundation repair organizations. It includes a mobile field app and related services that help invited organization users capture inspections and generate postcard leads.

Depending on how CrackTrace is used, we may process:

• Location (precise, while using the app) — to pin the property on a map during capture and support address confirmation.
• Camera, microphone, and photos — to record inspection stills and short walkthrough video.
• Account contact information — such as name, email, and phone for the field user profile and authentication.
• User content — including property addresses, owner details, issue tags, media, and related lead data used for the lead and postcard workflow.
• Identifiers and diagnostics — as needed for app functionality and crash/ops diagnostics configured by the operator.

• Provide capture, lead, postcard, and related organization workflows
• Authenticate invite-only users and operate organization accounts
• Generate and deliver branded postcard / owner follow-up experiences

CrackTrace processes organization and lead data in the context of the customer organization that provisioned access.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate CrackTrace (for example hosting, email, or postcard mailing partners), subject to appropriate agreements, and when required by law.

Authorized field users and CrackTrace platform operators may access leads and related content for the customer organizations they serve, subject to role-based access controls.

Advertising

CrackTrace does not show third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and support organization workflows. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a B2B SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and contacts

Field users access CrackTrace through an organization account provisioned by a CrackTrace platform admin. To update account details, request access changes, or ask privacy questions, contact your organization's CrackTrace contact or email admin@cracktrace.com.
